Joshua was passionate about many things, including volunteerism and giving back to the community. He was involved with many charitable organizations during his 42 years, serving on boards and committees with a focus on bettering the lives of people who needed it. Most notably, Joshua volunteered his time as an Auctioneer for charity events and fundraisers across the region for more than 20 years. Through his direct efforts, Joshua helped raise tens of millions in donations for numerous charities.

The Joshua M Katz Memorial Fund aims to carry on the work that Joshua started by providing scholarships, funding, and resources to better the communities he loved.
